Interest Free Layaway

Artifacts Gallery offers an in-house layaway program for our customers with no extra fees. For art $500 and under we offer a 3 month layaway plan. 3 month layaways requires a deposit of 1/3 of the total purchase price and 2 more equal payments each of the following 2 months. (3 payments equal the total purchase price.) For art over $500 we offer a 6 month layaway. 6 month layaways require a deposit of 20% of the total purchase price and 5 more equal payments each of the following 5 months. (6 payments equal the total purchase price.) You may arrange for automatic debits to your credit card each month instead of mailing in a check.

We hold the artwork until all payments have been made. On a case by case basis, we can vary the terms to suit your needs. You may pay off art sooner than the term. Once the art is completely paid for, it is shipped. All layaway payments are non-refundable, though payments can be transferred to a different piece of art. All layaway purchases may only be returned for gallery credit or exchange. Custom orders for art not in stock will be charged a 20 % restocking fee if layaway is canceled.
